Does any of this sound like you?

If you relate, you may be a highly sensitive person. Let me start by saying there's nothing wrong with you. Sensory processing sensitivity is a well researched trait that occurs in 15-20% of the population. It is not a diagnosis or disorder.

Your emotions are strong and you feel everything deeply
You're easily overwhelmed by work or relationship stress
You're often self-critical and perfectionistic
You're frequently anxious, worried, or emotionally exhausted and aren't sure why
You need alone time to decompress after a busy day or social event
You pick up on the emotions of others and are a people pleaser
You find it hard to let go of things that have happened or been said
You find change/transition challenging and struggle with decision making

It's not my job to heal you. It's my job to help you discover that you can heal yourself.

My job is to seek to understand you and your therapeutic goals, and to use my expertise to help guide you on the path to reaching them

My Values
  • There is no 'one size fits all' - my approach will be uniquely tailored to you and your needs
  • My work is always informed by evidence-based practices
  • I let you grow and heal at your own pace
  • I treat my clients with compassion, empathy, and a non-judgemental attitude
It is both a blessing, and a curse, to feel everything so very deeply
